This hiker is inspired by lightweight hiking boots from the 1980s. The Ahwahnee Hiker gets its name from the original name of Yosemite which was “Ahwahnee”. This meant “gaping mouth” in reference to the large valley.
This colourway is called “Grizzly” as there were a number of Grizzly bears that used to roam Yosemite Valley in the 1920s
