Exchange & Return

Our Exchange & Return Policy
We do not do any refunds or returns of items.
However, you may choose to exchange the item for a different model or colour of the same value  within 7 days of receipt.
 
There are a few important things to keep in mind when exchanging a product purchased from Terrainware:

  • We require an original proof of purchase before we process any exchange.
  • Exchange is subjected to availability of products.
  • If you wish to exchange for a higher value item, you may do so by topping up the difference.
  • If a cheaper item is chosen for exchange, difference in value will not be refunded.
  • All goods returned for exchange will be inspected and price tags must all be intact.
  • Any damages found on goods not caused by factory defects will be rejected for exchange.
  • Strictly no exchanges for sale items.

 

Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for items returned as well as an additional top up of $5.00 to have the replacement item sent. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. In the event that your returned item is lost in transit, Terrainware will not be held responsible.
