We are going off the grid. No telephone signals and the only form of contact is via radio, Panaruban is a very dense forested area with floral and fauna living at it best conditions; untouched by many humans.
This 3 day 2-night outing is specially curated to fulfil your outdoor needs, to be within nature and to experience first-hand real jungle living (with some luxuries if required ). Beyond that, there are many unique spots within the area such as waterfalls and natural hot springs.
Glamping it is not – but you will be provided with professional gear and equipment to make this adventure safe, delightful and educational at the same time.
Our campsite is an approximate 40m x 20m open field surrounded by nature. A 3-minute walk to fresh water river, 5 minute walk to a natural pool. ‘Toilets’ are within the campsite. Participants’ sleep in a large 4-men tent that sleep 2 people comfortably; each tent is furnished with 2 mattress (non-inflatable), a small central lamp and a collapsible side table.
A large communal shelter will be set up, furnished with outdoor furniture. Hot beverage and light snacks will be made available always. This is where we have dinner, briefing, sharing or simply kick back and enjoy the quiet night with the campfire on.
Marshmallows over campfire…..Yum.
The local crew from Warnalangit will also be camping out on the same site. That way we are easily reachable. Jungle experts will be your guides at all times. Activities will documented by a photographer. A Medical doctor will be on standby. And best of all, a team of cooks, staying on site to prepare freshly cooked meals; like a roasted lamb on spit – sound good does it?
All accommodations as specified on the itinerary; all meals beginning with lunch on Day 1 through lunch on Day 3. All overland travels transportations. Complete camping equipment and furnitures. All entry fees donation, professional guide, kitchen team and porter fee.
